Howard has been practicing law in Waltham for over 40 years, building a trusted practice focused on residential and commercial real estate, as well as business formation for closely held companies. He has guided generations of clients through important transactions with steady judgment, experience, and care.
A long-standing member of the Waltham community, Howard has been active in the Lions Club for more than 30 years, including serving as President. Outside the office, he is an avid golfer and takes great pride in spending time with his family — especially watching his six grandchildren compete in their sporting events.
Howard is a real estate and small business attorney with over a decade of experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in residential and commercial transactions. His practice includes conveyancing, title matters, and the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and asset purchase agreements for both real estate and business acquisitions.
Previously, Howard practiced medical malpractice defense at Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP, and earlier worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in commercial litigation and private equity. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from Tufts University.
Outside the office, Howard coaches youth and high school football, building fundamentals, discipline, and confidence in young athletes. He enjoys watching his children compete in track and basketball, and is an avid golfer.
